Sacred time in Peru

May 2025. Oh what a potent time writing to you from the mountains of Peru, emerging from a week of spaciousness, adventure and ritual. From one of our wonderful guests… “A week that felt like a well of self love, tenderness and pure ecstasy.” Holding dear reverence for Pachamama (Mother Earth) for holding us so kindly. In all of our messy and our beautiful. Wow, what a week.

Over 7 days we were reminded of the gift of: moving slowly, feeling safe in connection with women, kindly meeting our edges, the vast mountains, being soaked in nature, copious amounts of belly laughs, warming soul food, flower petals, the colours, aliveness and spirit of Peru.

As we sat in ceremony day after day, we connected back to our roots, our lineage. Reminded to hold ourselves, each other and life in beauty and in reverence. Ceremony and ritual has been part of our lives from the very beginning and when moving so quickly through our day to day lives, we lose touch with what it is to slow and hold life in our sacred hands.

It just happened to be that our retreat centre was nestled between the mountains in a place called ‘Sacred Valley’. Providing the perfect embrace to hold each of us in love and care as we met our humanness. To be reminded of our innate wholeness 𖦹
